1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ra786 ("Platform") and any individual who registers an account, accesses services, or places any bet or wager on the ra786 website, mobile application, or any affiliated sub-domain ("Services").

2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years of age to register or use the Services of ra786. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. ra786 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each player is entitled to one (1) ra786 account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If ra786 determines that a player operates multiple accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, funds forfeited, and the player permanently banned from the Platform.
2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. ra786 may require you to verify your identity through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which may include submission of a government-issued identification document. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.
2.4 Jurisdictional Responsibility. Users are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is legal in their jurisdiction prior to registering or playing. ra786 does not provide legal advice. Players in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited must not register or use the Platform. Pakistani users acknowledge that the legality of online gambling in Pakistan may be subject to local and federal laws and accept full responsibility for compliance.
3.1 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ra786 login credentials, including your username and password. ra786 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Any activity conducted under your credentials is your responsibility.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ra786 customer support immediately at [email protected]. ra786 will investigate and, where appropriate, freeze the account pending resolution.
3.3 Account Closure. You may request voluntary closure of your ra786 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be refunded via your registered withdrawal method, subject to identity verification and compliance with applicable withdrawal terms.
3.4 Platform-Initiated Suspension. ra786 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where fraudulent activity, Terms violations, or money laundering is suspected. In such cases, ra786 may withhold funds pending investigation.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the ra786 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ra786 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly; any conversion fees incurred by the Player's bank or payment provider are the Player's sole responsibility.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. ra786 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. ra786 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit is Rs 200 for JazzCash and Easypaisa. For bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), the minimum is Rs 500. Limits may vary by account tier and are subject to change.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following indicative timelines: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals process within 0–30 minutes for eligible accounts; bank transfer withdrawals process within 1–3 business hours. VIP tier members (Platinum and above) may qualify for expedited processing via the dedicated VIP cashier service.
4.5 Withdrawal Verification. ra786 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not completed KYC verification may experience delays. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered to the same individual as the ra786 account.
4.6 Fees. ra786 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment network may impose their own transaction charges. These third-party fees are not within ra786's control or responsibility.
5.1 ra786 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives at its discretion. Each promotion is subject to its own specific Terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which will be published alongside the relevant offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. ra786 operates zero tolerance for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim promotions more than once; using automated betting patterns to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk; or any other conduct designed to circumvent the intent of a promotion. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be closed and funds forfeited.
5.4 ra786 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account, which remain subject to their original Terms.
6.1 Each game available on ra786 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.
6.2 RNG Games. All slot games, virtual table games, and other random number generator (RNG) based titles available on ra786 use certified RNG software that has been independently tested for fairness. Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published in the game information panel.
6.3 Live Casino. Live casino games at ra786 use real physical equipment — playing cards, roulette wheels, and dice — operated by professional dealers under controlled conditions. Results are final once confirmed by the live dealer system and cannot be reversed except in cases of verified technical error.
6.4 Sportsbook. Bets placed on sporting events, including cricket (PSL, international fixtures), football, UFC, and other markets, are settled in accordance with ra786's published sportsbook rules. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked.
6.5 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, ra786 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. The Platform's liability in such cases is limited to refunding the stake placed on the affected round only.

9.1 All content on the ra786 platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game assets, text, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of ra786 or its licensed content providers. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any ra786 content without express written permission is prohibited.
9.2 The ra786 name, logo, and brand identifiers are protected trademarks. Unauthorised use of ra786 trademarks, including in phishing sites, social media impersonation, or promotional materials, will be pursued under applicable intellectual property law.
10.1 ra786's aggregate liability to any Player, arising from any cause of action, shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that Player's ra786 account at the time the liability arose.
10.2 ra786 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to: losses from gambling decisions; losses resulting from interrupted internet connectivity; losses caused by third-party payment delays; or losses arising from the Player's failure to comply with applicable laws.
10.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ra786 makes no warranty that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities, though all reasonable measures are taken to ensure operational reliability.
11.1 ra786 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 ra786 will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required by applicable law or these Terms.
12.1 ra786 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments materially affect players' rights or obligations, ra786 will provide at least 14 days' notice via email to registered accounts before the changes take effect.
12.2 Where changes are required to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements, they may take effect immediately without advance notice.

13.1 These Terms, and any dispute arising from or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ra786's operating jurisdiction. Players are responsible for compliance with the laws of their own country or territory.
13.2 Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through ra786's customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
